2023 Proposed Fees for Service

The 2023 Proposed Fees for Service were approved by Council at the December 20, 2022 meeting. 

The Proposed Fees for Service schedule is now open for public commenting. For your reference, the schedules are in the document library menu. If you wish to provide any comments or feedback on the proposed fees, please do so by filling out the online form below.

Hard copies of the comment sheet may also be submitted. Comment forms can be emailed to finance@porthope.ca or mailed to the Finance department, located at Town Hall (56 Queen Street, Port Hope). Comment forms can also be submitted through the dropbox located on the front doors of Town Hall. All comments must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 24, 2022.

    2023 Fees for Service Comment Form

    Please review the information for the 2023 Fees for Service schedules located in the document library panel of this consultation page and provide your feedback. Your comments will be reviewed by Members of Council and Staff. 

    Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or as required by law relating to the disclosure of personal information. Personal information shall be retained in accordance with applicable municipal retention by-laws or as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. The collection of personal information is regulated by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). Through MFIPPA standards for the collection, use, disclosure, retention and disposal of personal information are legislated to protect the privacy of individuals.
