The Municipality is currently reviewing options for a new outdoor covered rink and sports pad. This project is being initiated as one of the priorities of the 2021 Leisure Services Master Plan and as a result of the low-level remediation work to be performed at the Caroline Street Rink.
A multi-purpose sport pad is preferred by Parks, Recreation, and Culture Advisory Committee and included as a recommendation in the Leisure Services Master Plan with considerations for refrigerated or non-refrigerated options.
